Admission Procedure

AGE CRITERIA:

Child should be 2 years 5 months as on 31st March to enroll admission for Nursery class

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:

  • Latest coloured passport size photograph of the student
  • Photograph of the parent with the child
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested)
  • Photocopy of the result of the previous class (attested)
  • Aadhar card of the student
  • Address Proof: Pan card/Driving licence/Electricity Bill

FEES & PAYMENT:

  • Fees will be accepted in Cash, Cheque or Demand Draft only
  • Fees DD will be drawn in favour of _________
  • School Fees DD will be drawn in favour of ________
  • Registration fee or Admission fee of `5000 is a one- time, non-refundable component
  • Security deposit is a one-time partially or fully refundable component
  • Tuition fees cheque to be drawn in the name of "HINDAVI PUBLIC SCHOOL"
  • Online Payment Gateway Through Website Parents Login : All Type Credit/Debit Card ( MasterCard & Visa ), Net Banking

NOTE:

  • If the prescribed fees are not paid within above dates, late fee of`500/- per month will be charged
  • In case of payments using the easy installments facility, please ensure to pay the same duly to avoid any academic disruptions
  • The school reserves the right to revise the fees as determined by the school’s board of management. The fee revision will be linked with the national cost of living index and current inflation rates which may amount to an increase of 5 - 7% annually or more. The school management can increase the transport fees with the increase in fuel rates.
