Rules & Regulations

GENERAL SCHOOL RULES:

  • Students are required to be punctual. No student arriving late will be allowed to enter the school
  • Students should wear clean uniforms
  • Teachers cannot be cross-examined during school hours by parents or guardians without the permission of the Principal
  • Identity cards should be worn every day without fail
  • Nails should be trimmed regularly and every student should wear their hair approppriately
  • Nail enamel,mehendi, tattoos,jewellery are strictly prohibited inside the school premises
  • The school will not be responsible for any loss as that of books, tiffin boxes, money or any other belongings of the students
  • Parents remarks, if any, should be made separately by letter
  • Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school in case of any change in their address or telephone number
  • Parents/Guardians are not allowed to interfere in any matter of the administration and the administrative policy of the school
  • Admission to a class is restricted by certain government regulations and by the conditions of age, ability and conduct
  • All candidates who join Std.1 fresh from home or from private school have to produce an official birth certificate. Candidates coming for admission from out of India and unrecognized of them. Except for children who seek admission to Standard 1, all others must produce a Transfer Certificate from the previous recognized school
  • Occasional reports and recommendations from teachers are made in the school diary. Parents are required to sign them as a proof that they have read them
  • Only parents/guardians should come and meet the Principal or teachers. Any other relatives or employees will not be entertained. Parents of students of lower classes should meet the class-teachers at least once a month
  • Students are liable to be sent home by the Principal for any of the following reasons:
  • Not wearing the correct uniform
  • Not having the report card signed when required
  • Not having a remark signed by the parent/guardian (Remarks made by the Principal/Supervisor/Teacher in the calendar or diary)
  • Not being on time for Assembly or class
  • Repeatedly forgetting to bring books
  • Not having the Non-Attendance record signed by the parent/guardian
